“I have known The Evolver for several years. Our friendship has had the most ups and downs of any other relationship I’ve ever had, but we consistently find ways to forgive and forget. I admire her determination, strong will, opinionated mind (even when her opinion is counter to mine- which it usually is) and her constant ability to keep it 100 at all times .”

While I haven’t known The Lioness for that long, I do recognize a true friend when I have one. I love her because I can always count on her to keep it real, whether good or bad. And that’s definitely a quality you want in a true friend. She won’t tell you you look cute if she doesn’t mean it. She won’t make up bullshit about why you should or shouldn’t call your bastard ex, or that other friend that made a reckless/inconsiderate move. And most importantly, with her, I know that I’ll never starve! Praise God! J I look forward to many many years of friendship and sharing relationship, personal, and career stories with her, as well as doing late night drive-bys to throw bricks in the windows of certain people’s homes (ß JUST KIDDING… maybe). But seriously, Thank you Lioness for being a great friend.

Well if Siren isn’t a great name for this girl, I don’t know what is! LoL. Don’t think she won’t call your ass out on any bullshit you THINK you’re going to come at her with. She will speak what’s on her mind, and stand up for herself, as well as any of her friends who she thinks someone might be trying to play. But despite her ability to put you on blast, this girl has a heart of gold, and will give you the clothes off her back if she thought it would be for your benefit. In fact, I still have a few pieces of collectible furniture she let me use because she thought it would go well with my apartment. When I tried to give it back to her, she wouldn’t take it (and no, it’s not garbage, lol). Anyway, my dear friend The Siren has proven that grad school is also a place where you can establish lasting friendships. Thanks for helping me through. Love ya girl.

I don’t know The Evolver that well, but from what I hear, she’s a baaaad mutha (shut yo’ mouth!) LoL. Anytime a girl can pull four or five dudes within one night, she has MY vote! I only HOPE to be like you when I grow up, girlie! Plus, I know that you can’t be too bad, being a good friend of The Lioness. Cuz we all know… she ain’t gonna take no bulllshit!
